SPECIAL THANKS
A special thank you to all of our event sponsors and partners, and especially the Beverly Harbor Management Authority, whose extraordinary financial support is helping make this historic reenactment possible.
We also extend a very special thank you to the Beverly 400+ History Committee and Historic Beverly for their invaluable research and contributions in telling the story of Independence Park and its significance in the first armed naval battle involving George Washington’s Navy.
Their research and dedication have helped ensure that this important chapter of Beverly’s—and America’s—history is accurately preserved, interpreted, and shared with residents, visitors, and future generations.
